    We collect the device or connect remotely and find the real cause, not just the symptom. The diagnosis is free and non-binding, so you carry no risk.

    A price quote up front

    Before we touch anything, you get a clear price and a proposed solution. We always tell you whether the repair is worth it or whether replacing the device makes more sense. We only continue once you approve.

    Repair and solution

    We get to work using quality parts and proven methods. On more complex jobs we keep you updated, and if anything extra comes up during the work, we check with you first.

    Handover and explanation

    We return the device working and tested. We explain in plain language what was wrong, what we did and how to avoid a similar problem in future. No needless jargon.

    Warranty and support

    We stand behind our work with a warranty and remain available afterwards. If anything acts up, just let us know. For many clients we look after their technology long term.

This process applies to computer and laptop repairs, IT troubleshooting, network builds and custom business jobs. For business clients we also work under a cooperation agreement and can set up regular maintenance and IT support, so problems are handled before they even arise.
